撰文：吳崇欣 刊登於信報 - 2025年10月21日 經常被問「甚麼是基模治療」,因為我是香港首位獲國際認證的基模治療導師。 如果讀者們是精神科醫生、心理學家、輔導員等同行,就會明白世界上有很多心理治療的學派, 他們各自有不同程度的科研和實證;近五十年來,被科學研究評為最有效的是「認知行為治療」, 在我十多年前修讀臨床心理學時,他是全球最備受推崇的一個治療模式。 在「認知行為治療」流行的時期,也是著名的英國精神科醫生Dr. Johy Bowlby提出其極具影響力的依附理論(Attachment Theory)的時期。這理論其中一個最重要的貢獻,是提出了孩童與主要照顧者之間的依附關係,會主導一個人的心理發展,主宰他即將用怎樣的視角去理解這個世界、人與人之間的關係和自己,並成為這個人未來人際關係的藍圖。 一個理論與一個治療手法,都需要很長時間去積存不同的科研實證。時日過去,科學研究證明這個理論與這個治療模式均被獲充足的科研支持,並廣為世界各地研究員、學者、醫護人員推崇。可是「認知行為治療」並未有把依附理論包含其中。 而「基模治療」,是「認知行為治療」

我非常榮幸為崇欣的新作《基模治療——療癒童年創傷，重建內心平衡》寫序。崇欣從實習生成長為資深基模治療師、督導，並創立「華人基模治療學院」，專注推廣基模治療於華人社會。這是首本以中文全面介紹基模治療的著作，結合理論與臨床案例，深入淺出，並展現文化適應的洞見。我誠意推薦此書。

我第一次见到崇欣是在2019年，那时她刚踏上图式治疗的旅程。一位同事推荐她来接受督导，我很荣幸能在她完成认证的过程中陪伴并支持她。从一开始，她所展现的不仅仅是临床技巧，还有一颗温暖的心、强烈的好奇心，以及对「人」的深切尊重。 这本书，是第一本以中文书写、由华人治疗师为华人读者撰写的图式治疗专书。书中充满真实的来访者故事——那些曾被诊断为进食障碍、解离症或人格障碍的人。但这些故事并不被诊断所定义，而是由文化、跨代创伤和那些临床语言少有提及的系统所形塑。同时，它们也是疗愈的故事——这份疗愈来自文化自身深厚的智慧与力量。 图式治疗常被形容为一门结合「科学与艺术」的治疗取向，它为我们提供了架构与工具，但其核心是关于「人」——那些曾经历创伤、剥削与情感需求未被满足的人们。这些经历不只是临床表现，而是一段段刻印在身体、心灵与关系中的求生故事。要以诚信面对这些故事，治疗师需要的不只是专业知识，我们还必须展现真实的自我。 这意味着，我们发自内心愿意走上来访者也走过的道路，审视自己的图式与盲点，允许这份工作同样改变我们。我们不能躲在专业的背后，而是要保持人性——当
