Welcome to Chinese Schema Therapy Academy!

I have set up this organization to promote Schema Therapy to the Chinese population!  As a diaspora in the U.K., I personally feel how important it is to include cultural-adaptation in psychotherapy. 

Schema Therapy is a very sophisticated treatment model, with growing amount of evidence to support it's effectiveness in treating different mental illness, or bringing personal growth into average population.   I am very enthusiastic in disseminating schema therapy to people who is coming from a collectivistic background.  

I am a Certified Advance Schema Therapist and Supervisor from International Society of Schema Therapy.
