我非常榮幸為崇欣的新作《基模治療——療癒童年創傷，重建內心平衡》寫序。崇欣從實習生成長為資深基模治療師、督導，並創立「華人基模治療學院」，專注推廣基模治療於華人社會。這是首本以中文全面介紹基模治療的著作，結合理論與臨床案例，深入淺出，並展現文化適應的洞見。我誠意推薦此書。

I first met Beatrice in 2019 at the start of her Schema Therapy journey. She quickly stood out for her compassion, curiosity, and cultural insight.
