About the event
What is it about?
Based on the book Deliberate Practice in Schema Therapy (2023), this program of
four 90-minute, live online sessions provides a supportive space to fine-tune
micro, schema therapy skills.
We’ll be hanging out online for 1.5 hours each session. Expect a warm,
